CI in large org. exists because there is an interest in enlarging the worldwide presence. SME's org. are rather about maintaining a certain status quo that will ensure clients with a similar quality level. SME's would have therefore a harder time to self-develop their own philosophy and new approaches since they rarely have long term views #diversification #SME #largecorporations #CI
