previous working experience in #leansixsigma projects is in fact not required by org. when hiring if they would focus on candidates who have knowledge in statistics & math plus a good personality to understand the culture of the country/org. & political climate therefore the fact that org. do not know it, results in costly hiring while the #customers pay for it
